About Me

Hey and welcome to My Site!

My Name is Zach Spuckler, I am working hard to help people find independence in their health, fitness, and finances.

Just a few years ago I was overweight, depressed and headed down a path I couldn’t return from.

I was only 16, but I looked 40, I was taking an anti-depressant everyday, not looking forward to school or work, and drowning in my own problems.

I decided to start a journey; it started with weight loss and lead into so many amazing things. I spent my first year losing weight with Weight Watchers and then I found TurboFire and Shakeology, which lead me to start my own business with the company that makes those products.

A few years later, I am in peak physical condition! I not only workout daily but also teach others in a group exercise setting and I haven’t taken an anti-depressant in years. I went from rock bottom to living on the high of life itself.

I love my job working in the health and fitness industry. I enjoy going to school full-time, but I want to end up having something that is my own, not working in a company where I report to someone else. That’s why I started Spuckler Fitness.

I now spend my days sharing my journey, my struggles and my success so that others can learn from my pitfalls and find success. I work with people one on one and in small groups to help them achieve the highest level of success in their health and their life.

I am not working to help people lose weight but rather working to help people become the best version of themselves!

Zach, you should be commended. So many people of any age don’t take this plunge. The fact that you’re doing it so young will only make your life more fulfilling. And with teaching and sharing your success and knowledge with others, you’ll inspire others to live a healthier life. Man, you’re amazing. Keep up the awesome job. You should be so proud of yourself. Sounds like you should be going to school for nutrition or exercise physiology – seems like a passion for you. High five.
